Cheongju won 4-2 in game two of the 51st Bonghwangdae National High School Baseball Tournament at Mokdong Stadium in Seoul on Friday. The team scored four runs in the first inning against Jangchungo’s left-handed starter Cho Dong-wook (3) to take the lead. Daejeon broke a 0-0 tie in the bottom of the fifth inning when No. 9 Lee Hee-soo (2 years) doubled down the left field line with the bases loaded after a hit-by-pitch and a passed ball. After Han Ki-chan (3) struck out, Park Min-wook (2) singled up the middle to bring home the runner from second, and Yoon Hyun-woo (3) grounded into an infield single that was misplayed by second baseman Lee Seung-jun (2). Gyeongdongo started off with four runs in the top of the first inning on defense, but tied the game at 4-4 on offense in the top of the second. In the top of the third, they capitalized on three walks, two hits, and an error to score three runs, and with a 9-4 lead in the top of the seventh, Yoo Byung-sun (3) hit a two-run double to fulfill the cold-game requirement. Yoon Han-sun (3), who came on in relief of starter Ahn Min-jae (3), who faced four batters and did not record a single out, pitched seven innings of one-hit ball with six strikeouts to secure the win.

After passing the first inning with no runs, Seoul Motors overcame a bases-loaded situation in the top of the second inning with a hit by pitch and a walk, and then took the lead in the bottom of the second inning with runners on first and third on an RBI single by No. 8 Kim Hak-joon (2). In the bottom of the inning, leadoff hitter Noh Sang-hyun (3) made it 2-0 with a solo shot to left field. Lee Yi-tae (3) earned the win with seven innings of one-run ball, while Jeon Ha-won (3) pitched the final two innings in relief.
Seoul Convention scored the final run on a fielding error. In the bottom of the third inning, with the score tied at 2-2, Kim Chan-soo (2) led off with a single and advanced to third on a throwing error by the pitcher when Lee Yeon-woo (1) stepped to the plate. Lee was retired on a fielder’s choice, but the third baseman’s throw to first base on the ensuing infield grounder was not properly caught by the first baseman, allowing the runner from third to score. With the bases loaded, Lee Jung-jin (2) hit an RBI triple in the fifth inning, and the team added runs in the sixth and seventh innings to solidify the victory.메이저사이트
Pohang Steel easily won the game thanks to a grand slam by No. 4 Lee Jun-hyung (3 years) with no outs in the top of the first inning.
